Do I pay shipping costs for my order?

No. At JL Sportswear you pay no shipping costs for the delivery of your order in the Netherlands.

Can I return my order free of charge?

Yes, also returning an item is completely free at JL Sportswear. Of course you can try on an item to judge the size and fit. But make sure the item is complete, unworn and undamaged. And please note that our black "E-tag" clothing label is still attached to the product, just like other original labels. For more information, please check exchange and returns.

I want to exchange my order. How does that work?

Do you want to order another size quickly? Send back the article that does not fit and order the same article in the right size in our webshop. You can also exchange your order by indicating this clearly on the return form when returning your order. For more information on exchanges and returns, please visit our exchange and returns page.

Is it possible to return or exchange in the shop?

Yes you can! You may also return or exchange an item in our store at Van Loenshof 15 in Enschede. You can try it on, look around and get advice. Moreover, you will receive your money back immediately. Please bring your return form with you!

What is the black "E-tag" (clothing tag) on the ordered items for?

Because we want your products to be perfect. The black clothes tag guarantees that the products are new and unworn. Therefore, returns may only be made with the black garment tag attached and undamaged.

What is the best way to remove this black "E-tag" label?

Satisfied with your purchase? Lift the "seal button" to break open the label. Please note that you cannot return an item without an E-tag.

How soon will I receive my order?

If you order on Monday to Saturday before 17.00 hours, we will ship your order the same day. Our carrier generally delivers your order within 1 or 2 business days. Shipping in the Netherlands is free.

I have not received an order confirmation, is that possible?

No, in principle not. If you have successfully placed your order, you will always receive an email in which we confirm your order. Didn't receive an email confirmation? Check your spam folder. Maybe your order confirmation ended up in it. If not, please contact us. We will immediately check whether your order has reached us or if something went wrong.
